Caroline founded LWell in 2013 with a vision of expanding access to expert nutrition care while helping Registered Dietitians practice at the highest level of their profession.

Her work has grown from building an outpatient nutrition practice into a broader mission: helping dietitians develop advanced clinical expertise, strengthen their professional independence, and discover new opportunities for growth.
